Camera'a and Movement

Tutorial

In this tutorial I learned how to actually create the animation, using cameras and movement lines. Here is a very basic way of using these techniques to create animation.

1. In this scene, I have drawn a simple Sphere shape. Next I selected the Line tool and drew a Line that spiralled inwards. Next I selected Camera, then Target to create a Target Camera. I then draw this into the scene.

2. Once I have drawn on the Camera next to the Sphere and Line, I have assigned the Camera to the Line. To do this I select the Camera then go to the top of the page and select Animation. From the drop down menu select Constraints, then Path Constraints. There will be a line that comes out, move this over to the Line and click on it. This will assign the Camera to it. Along the bottom, you can move the timeline, and now you can see the Camera move along the line, as the image below shows this is how it looks at frame 14.

3. You can select multiple objects to multiple Lines, meaning you can move either the object or Camera or even both! Here I have made my sphere move along a circle Line shape.
